I graduated with an East West Massage Degree from CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu School and clinic in 2020.

During my time in school, I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine principles applied with Shiatsu. I am experienced in Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy with knowledge in Tunia and Craniosacral (Upledger Institute CST1). I am currently specializing in Connective Tissue Massage (CTM) with training from the Institute of Structural Integration.

I am committed and always striving to keep learning how to best serve my clients through continuing education classes. I absolutely love the work I do and am dedicated to all my clients. I am so thankful to have a job I love; I don't take that privilege lightly.

Outside of massage therapy you can often find me hiking (likely near water), outside in the sun or snuggling my cats. I love cooking, baking and enjoying and creating art. I love traveling to new places or visiting loved ones.
