  • Such a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere! I have been seeing Nina for massage therapy and I cannot believe how much better I feel after only two sessions. I have two shoulder injuries and suffer from chronic migraines. I can finally move my shoulder without pain and have not had a migraine in a month (I was suffering from 2-3 a month). Nina does amazing work and is very attentive.

  • I’ve carried my stress in my neck and shoulders all of my adult life. Lately chiropractor adjustments weren’t touching my pain. I booked with Nina and she worked her magic with fascia work and 2 days later all of that pain was gone! I now go back regularly for self care. Nina will also let you know when or if you need additional practitioners when something is out of her scope of practice. Highly recommend 90 mins with Nina!
